•    Christ in us enlivens our spirit and mortal body

•    helps us set mind on what God wants
•    stop conforming to world’s pattern: Bible-shaped categories
•    mind on earthly things makes one an enemy toward God

6) LED BY THE SPIRIT

•    follow, live in accordance with, set mind on the Spirit
•    put to death body’s misdeeds: choose the better/lasting (inheritance)
