•    lotteries entice based on earthly dreams
•    Nicodemus “had it all” in many respects: leader, teacher, wealthy, etc.
•    came to Jesus seeking what’s missing

THE SPIRIT’S BIRTHING: MYSTERY AND MUST

•    to see God’s Kingdom, must be born again / born from above
•    mystery: don’t know where wind is going
•    water, Spirit, cleansing all prophesied long ago

THE SON – VS. SIN

•    SON: Source, Saviour, Singular, Standard
•    SIN: Condemns, Coddles, Cowers

TRUTH-DOERS DISCERN AND DISPLAY

•    do truth: show deeds have been done in God - needs discernment
•    display without shame: come to the light

DROP EVERYTHING
